Delivery is FREE for UK Mainland orders only.

We recommend 3-5 days for delivery in the U.K, 6-8 days within europe and 10-14 days to other countries.

Orders not in stock
In the rare event that your order is out of stock you will be e-mailed or telephoned with the option to cancel or change your order.

Complaints
It is modernised rugs policy to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to all of our customers. If you have a complaint please contact us via e-mail or telephone and we will respnd within 7 days.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order and you wish to return your item then please do so within 7 working days.

No returns will be accepted after this time scale. We will be happy to refund your item as long as the item is recieved in perfect condition and in its orriginal packaging.

PLEASE NOTE the buyer is responsible for all postage costs to return the item. If you have any quieries please contact us.

In the event of an exchange we would be happy to exchange your order for a replacement as long as any damage or faults are due to our negligance.

All exchanges must be completed within 7 working days.
